Returns & Exchanges

Returns. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please email us at joiedevivregift@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we will reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping. Buyers pay for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at our cost.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Exchanges. To exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order for the item you want.

Gift cards. Gift cards are not returnable.
