Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return condition

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete.

Return shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Personalized items

Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a customized or personalized item. Eligibility may depend on whether production has begun.
