When will my order ship?

Orders ship from New York within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the order has been dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Which carrier do you use?

Orders are generally shipped through USPS. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I order gifts for a wedding or bridal party?

Yes. Planning an order of 20 or more bags? Contact us with your quantity and event date before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing.

Can I request gift wrapping or customization?

Please contact us before ordering with the details of your request. We can confirm whether we can accommodate it.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be returned in their original condition.
